How does the service work?

The program offers two free, no obligation trial lessons once you register with us
In the first session, the tutor assesses the level of the student in the subject
Based on the proficiency level, the tutor prepares a lesson plan that suits the needs and level of the student
Then, the tutor has a meeting with you to explain the lesson plan and understands your expectations from the program
From the next session onwards the plan is set in motion. Apart from progressing on the plan, the tutor also keeps in touch with the school work and helps the student as needed
We try to ensure that the same tutor works with your child to ensure continuity and relationship
Apart from the scheduled lessons, tutors are also available 24/7 for any quick help or questions
A monthly report is sent to you explaining the progress in the past month and plan for the next month. The tutor will discuss the report with you and take your feedback
